Age Limit:

Candidate’s age limit is 18-30 years as on 01-07-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules of Tamil Nadu Government. For the age limit and other age related restrictions see the official website for notification.

Educational Qualification:-

Candidates must have passed SSLC Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination and Oral Test.  The Minimum educational Qualification to appear for TNPSC Group IV examination is a pass in SSLC / 10th Std.  However, lakhs of students have appeared for this examination.  Since very large number of candidates appeared for examination TNPSC Group IV the announcement of examination results may take longer time than usual. Candidates are advised to have patience.  Tentatively, TNPSC Group IV 2013 Result will be declared in the month of October or November 2013.
